Poor Customer Service
Dr Alamat and his nurse Jill were extremely nice. The office staff not so much. They need to take a seminar on good customer service skills. The office manager was argumentative and wouldn't listen to me as she kept interrupting me. If they have an emergency surgery then they should let all those people waiting know to either reschedule or cancel the appointment. They also do not let you know up front charges until after the procedure and call you up to the front area to pay ASAP. They make you feel like a bother. Not sure why all the other posts are great on the office area but there were a lot of teenagers in the lobby. I wanted to leave my name and number to reach out to the doctor but that was not going to happen. I will be writing a letter with my experience to him.

I could easily say that Dr.Alamat is the best oral surgeon there is. I got my wisdom teeth removed at his office, there was no wait time and usually if there is it would be due to emergency surgeries, but other than that time was not an issue at all. I barely felt any pain and the procedure took less than 10 minutes, it was smooth and i had a smooth recovery as well. The staff were all professional and helped me in any way they could. Would definitely recommend AOS to anyone having any sort of oral issue. Thank you to the amazing staff and the incredible Dr. Alamat!

Totally professional dental services with a keen focus on patient safety especially under pandemic conditions. Excellent staff, pristine facilities and a fantastic oral surgeon. An absolutely pain free extraction.

Dr. Alamat and his staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone having TMJ or facial pain. He is compassionate, thorough and a good listener. He works to get at the source of the problem instead of throwing drugs at you.

Dr. Alamat saved me from a major hand surgery when I went into have my top main front tooth implant done, the implant was perfect don't go anywhere else! I explained my thumb & that I had trigger finger & I had severe pain and swelling. He asked a few more questions then recommended I take some supplements first & within 2 weeks the swelling & pain was gone, I cancelled the thumb surgery & had a tests done to find out about my body, he prescribed additional supplements & changed my health 100%
