Dr. Hasley & his assistant were through with imaging before jumping ahead to recommend a shot. I appreciate his patience & thoroughly looking at whole knee - rather than just what hurt. #4. I'm grateful for having a follow-up from MRI, and that time allowed to treat me with next step within that follow up appt. rather than having to make another appt.

Explained everything very clear. Was concerned about how I was feeling and let me know when it is going to be uncomfortable for me during the injection. Was nice when I came out of the room and Ike was still there to answer my questions and to ask how I was feeling.
