Ileana Rodicio “The Worst” “doctor” and Human been on earth. She is a monster, shouldn’t allow to treat and be close to people. I’m still waiting for her to enter my medication for asthma in the system, I’ve been waiting 3 days already. The way how this woman treated me during my appointment was horrible.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you have an older parent, do not send them here. The front staff, very loudly, talks so much garbage about the poor senior patients. Ileana Rodicio shouldn’t have a license, disgusting practice. She uses the same tools for ears, mouth and nose. Dirty nails and tries touching you all over like that. Spent the whole consultation on her phone texting, I thought I was dreaming throughout the whole experience. Only reason I stayed was cause they make you pay the copay at the beginning before they even see you. The whole office is so unprofessional, the girl that does the the allergy test was talking to someone else about a guy she was seeing or in her case wasn’t going to see again. I’m amazed that they get any business. I’ve warned everyone I know to not go here. She even tried to bill me again when I had already paid. Not sure how they have any business, go elsewhere.

Soy paciente de la Dra Rodicio en la oficina de West Kendall. La Dra atiende a toda nuestra familia desde hace unos años atrás, es una excelente professional y sobre todo una gran persona. Tanto la Dra como el staff brindan una atención excepcional.

They give you the appointment at an hour and you have to wait a long time to see the doctor who then comes to the room and is not even 5 minutes, also after consulting my son for so long she did not remember that the child is asthmatic. To the point that I ask myself if the child was asthmatic. Also, I never sent her epinephrine for her peanut allergy, the nurse was the one who alerted me to that and I couldn't believe that was happening, she never explained anything clearly to me.

My appointment was at 1:30pm, but had to wait about 2 hours to see Dr. Rodicio. She hastily came in the room and did not introduce herself or acknowledge me by name. After the appointment, Dr Rodicio said she would call in the medicines to the pharmacy; however, the pharmacist informed me no medication was called in. Left a message for Dr. Rodicio regarding the issue that evening; however, I did not receive a call back. I called the office the next morning and the nurse told me to call back in several days because it was a long weekend and the doctor was not working. Based on my experience I would not recommend Dr. Rodicio.

The office staff is unqualified and demonstrated complete and thorough unprofessionalism. After my wife completed her session for allergies findings and was informed that her result would be emailed to her and the medications that were prescribed would be send to our local pharmacy. What we received via email were someone’s else’s medical results and the medication was never transmitted to the pharmacy. My wife called the office the next day and mentioned that she had not received anything from the office and requested her results be send to her immediately. They ending up sending my wife her 2015 results. Completely insane and most important there is no trust in this medical practice. My recommendation is STAY AWAY. we will from now on be ALLERGIC to this PLACE.

I was so happy to hear they could fit me in within a week of my call. That should have been a sign... all the other doctors were months of waiting. My appt. Time was for 3:30. I walked in about that time filled out all the paper work with 5 Mins. I was told by the front staff "you are next". Its about 4pm now and they called in other people, I approached the front desk staff and asked ... I wasn't next. Then she tells Me well your appt is not until 4 pm. Front desk staff needs more training

Let me say Dr. Ileana Rodicio is a life saver. She is my daughter hero because I must of been to so many doctors and none of them could tell me what was the problem , but when I came to the center Dr.Ileana Rodicio and her staff was the best my daughter is receiving the best treatment ever Thanks to her and her staff.

She is very knowledgeable about allergies and has helped me handle my symptoms. I am incredibly grateful since my first visit and would recommend her to anyone with chronic allergies. Her staff is just as amazing. They are very quick to receive you and return phone calls.
