Dr. Ilya Gorbachinsky, MD

Dr Gorbachinsky is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, considerate and helpful. I have seen 4 urologists over the years, but he is the best. He provides the best range of alternatives based on my issues, with clear explanations and considerations of each.

A total wreck, During one appointment a PA was scheduled in Doctor Gorbachinsky's place without my prior knowledge because he was to busy with other patients. I continually have problems trying to get a prescription filled with refills, I had to make an appointment to see him just for renewing the same previous prescribed medicine which took almost 2 weeks to get through a mail order pharmacy. That script had no refills and I haven't been able to get the medicine since even though these problems were directly discussed with Doctor Gorbachinsky, in his office, and he apologized for the inconvenience and arranged to have a script with 6 refills. That appointment was two months ago, and to this day I still don't have my prescription. I must have made at least twenty calls to their office medical assistants, and account managers leaving voice mails which were never returned resolving the issue. Speaking directly to the office manager additionally got no results after thoroughly reviewing.

He is the BEST!!!

Dr. Gorbachinsky is the greatest. My mom is 82 years old and was very scared when she heard she had a cancerous tumor in the bladder area. My mom rarely goes to doctors and it takes the right person with a great bedside manner to keep her relaxed. Dr. Gorbachinsky was perfect. He's so relaxed and will make anyone comfortable. He's also extremely smart and knowledgeable with a passion for helping people. He was able to remove the tumor and my mom recovered from the surgery very quickly. The nurse at the hospital where the surgery took place said to me "You know he's the best urologist in the city, right?" I said, I had a feeling but it's good to get that confirmation from a healthcare professional. I had taken care of my dad who had a massive stroke for 20 years. I've been around many different doctors in all specialty areas. I've found a few great ones and many that weren't so great. Dr. Gorbachinsky moves to the top of my list and my whole family is grateful for his exceptional care.

Skilled hands, fantastic bedside manner! Engaging conversation the entire time he performed my local-anesthesia procedure. I had no idea, pain-wise, what he was up to. And then it was over. I don't think it's ever crossed my mind that I'd like to have a beer with my doctor, but Ilya is the first. Highly recommended, without reservation. The practice's phone system to book the appointment is kind of cumbersome, but the actual office staff are friendly and efficient once you're talking with them.

His office staff is very unfriendly. Staff tells you can't see doctor unless your bill is paid. Yet have never received an actual bill. Poor communication with follow up appointment. Drive to office 45 miles for a scheduled appt time only to be told it was by phone instead. Was never informed it was by phone. Dr. needs to take better time in explaining procedures and a better bed side matter. Especially with pandemic and not allowed to take anyone along another family/spouse to help patient understand their health matters in layman terms and etc.

Dr. Gorbachinsky is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, concerned about his patients, and honest. He literally saved my life by acting on my urinary & bladder problems which were ignored by my previous urologist. He takes the time to clearly explain test results and health issues and takes prompt action in dealing with a patient's medical problems. The staff is very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Dr. Gorbachinsky to anyone.

Dr. Gorbachinsky is an amazing urologist! He’s caring on each visit I have had and wants to get to the root of your issues. He truly cares for your health n recovery. His staff is amazing and friendly!

Dr. Gorbachinsky is one of my favorite physicians. He is truly concerned for your well being and had a lovely bedside manner. He helped me, not by prescribing medicine, but by helping me find the cause of my aching bladder. He suggested natural remedies by changing diet. He sent me to get x-rays and an ultra sound. Good doctors are sometimes hard to find. This is a really good doctor! So grateful to have found him.

I found Dr. Gorbachinsky to be rude and he did not take the time to explain my options for prostate cancer treatment.

I was so impressed with Dr. Gorbachibsky. I've been less than impressed with Las Vegas doctors, but Dr. Gorbachinsky was just the opposite. First, the staff were all very helpful, courteous and kind. Dr. Gorbachinsky took the time to go over my health issues, did a thorough exam and suggested good treatment options. He took the time necessary and answered my questions. This is a doctor I won't mind going back to for follow ups. I would recommend Dr. Gorbachinsky 100%.

Excellent physician. Seems to be a very intelligent and knowledgeable young doctor. Pleasant and caring demeanor.
