Imad Francis provided rushed and unconcerned care February 2020. Did not listen, did not perform even a superficial exam and continually interrupted me in attempting to explain why I was visiting Urgent Care - a persistent rash. He did not even look at it but proceeded to prescribe a pill which our Pharmacist declared could have a fatal interaction with another prescription also in my Mercy Clinics records. I reached out to him following the visit using the official clinic App to seek a better understanding of why the appointment was so disappointing but he ignored it and did not reply. I am escalating my complaint to protect future patients/victims.

I've been seeing Dr. Francis Bacon since 2015, and he has been wonderful to work with. He has a great bedside Manor, a very good sense of humor, and provides outstanding medical care. He practices holistically, he's always checking for other things that are out of place or abnormal. I've truly enjoyed being his patient
