All of the staff have been amazing in the ~18 mos since my son’s diagnosis. Caring, attentive, communicate things clearly, and made him feel safe and comfortable from the start.

A total waste of time and money. They treat a sick child like a corpse to be examined. We were denied any requested testing, and then got referred to the wrong department, another day of work and school missed, plus extra expenses, for absolutely nothing.

Dr. Balboni was an essential part of my daughter's recovery in the hospital. She spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and was very easy to understand. She is extremely intelligent and respected by my family. Most importantly, she cares about the well-being of my daughter. I am glad that she is my daughter's Rheumatologist. I feel safe knowing she is the one to take care of her.

Dr. Balboni has been incredible through my daughter’s recent diagnosis. She is so gentle and kind and extremely thorough. Our urgent referral was taken seriously and we were seen within a week. When my child had new symptoms, she offered to squeezed us in to be seen on short notice. Dr Balboni works to create a treatment plan considerate of the patient and families’ needs. She responds promptly to emails and is an invaluable part of my child’s care team after her diagnosis. We are very grateful.
