Great experience

All of my visits that I had were very good and the staff was very nice.

Horrible office and staff. Difficulty with calls for anything, very long waits, no follow up calls or info on labs or other test results, and very difficult to get records from, and once obtained had wrong info and 1 injection received not documented! Sweet & mushy doesn’t cut it! This isn’t the only qualifier for a good physician. One should be competent, efficient, up on latest treatments and research other than pushing marijuana! I’ll pick competence and safe over lovey dovey anytime! Wise up

Dr. O is great! She even went above and beyond and removed some moles that I wasn't asking about.

Extremely poor service and lacking professionalism. First appointment I waited over an hour and a half just to be told Dr O would not be able to see me that day. I then had a call in to the office regarding a vaccine that I needed. Was told I would receive a call back that evening or the following business day once they had the information. I still have not received a response even after I called again requesting the info. I will be going to another Dr’s office from now on.

I have NEVER met a doctor as kind, warm, and professional as Dr. O. I would recommend any and everyone I know to her. I've been afraid of going to the doctor's for 9 plus years. After my first visit, I looked forward to my follow up. She is a blessing in Dunkirk. I am grateful to have such an amazing doctor so close to home and not have to travel out of county or state. She takes all of the time I need and the time others may need. The absolute best!!!

I am a military spouse and recently moved to the area. I was initially worried about having to start all over with a new physician. When I met Dr. O, she was pleasant and patient with all my concerns. She quickly became more than a doctor to whom I trust with my health and my family's health. She goes beyond the call of duty and makes herself available for any concerns day or night! I heard she may be leaving the area soon and I am heartbroken. Her care can not be replaced!

She is such a genuine doctor. You feel like you are going to see a friend instead of your doctor. I love her.

This doctor is the most unprofessional doctor I ever met. She is not concerned with patients privacy to say the least. She likes to discuss medical history with the patients with the open door or at inappropriate locations, such as their blood lab. I do not recommend her, she is rude and does not have any interpersonal skills to keep a good patient/doctor relationship, does not examine patients and the visits with her will last, 3 minutes at the most.
