Poor service
My wife needed a follow up visit to a doctor after getting discharged from an Emergency visit. She started feeling some discomfort after a week and made an appointment to see the doctor. 'ON' the day of the appointment, the doctor's office called to cancel the appointment saying they are not accepting new patients. Also, in previous year, my wife tried to make an appointment, but the front desk staff was an absolute horror in terms of manner and professionalism. Although it appears they have a new front desk staff, there just is no excuse of calling a patient, who is experiencing discomfort and waiting to see a doctor for a emergency visit follow-up, to cancel the appointment ON the day of the appointment due to their mistake.

Dr. Chung is very knowledgeable and a compassionate person. She has excellent bed side manners. She has been my doctor for almost 7 years. I am also very pleased with her front office staff performance.

She is wonderful n great caring person . I been going there over 10yrs. Dr. Chung n staff I can completely trust. All I can say is I am glad I found her n have her as my physician . Thank you n Happy new year.
