Negligent of medically complex child in ER
Dr Pupazan disregarded my concerns for my daughter which I explained this is our 4th time this week visiting the ER . As my daughter screams in agony from obvious pain drs response was since her xrays were good she Did not want to drawn blood since we were here 4days ago wanted to send us BACK home and that she will NOT admit her and we would just be holding up space in the ER and she has no beds available for us. Also stated “ if we do admit her then what ?” I had to REQUEST that they take urine . It took my daughter to have another vomiting choking episode for her to say “ well admit her “ . Fluids were ordered by another Dr and hrs went by without dr Pupazan. administering the fluids or even coming to check in on patient for hours ! other dr made comment “ oh wow I put that order for her to get her fluids hours ago “ TERRIBLE DOCTOR !! How many other families have she sent home without care ? How many more children will be sent home under treated ?
