Excellent surgeon. Great attitude and personality. Takes the time to listen. Explained the procedure well including post op expectations. Emergency surgery to remove a section of ruptured colon due to diverticulitis

Excellent surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Bird. Explains everything and uses words like gnarly which I love. I.e. "Damn, your gall bladder was gnarly so glad we got it out." :)

Dr Bird is THE BEST choice for a surgeon - he explains all details of the procedure in plain terms - he has a great 'bed-side' manner, I never felt rushed, and he has a terrific sense of humor. I trust him completely.
