Dr. Gelman is very knowledgeable, takes a coarse look at the whole, but, also a focused view at the detail. She is fast, responsive and approachable. Whatever is within her control within organization she can manage. She even goes as far as extending her professional care and advice outside the scope of her primary responsibilities, when it is truly needed and required for the patient. Needles to say, she would not shirk her responsibility on to the others.

Absolutely terrible treatment. My grandma was hospitalized and declared in terminal stage and she kept bringing up hard and uncomfortable things in a terrible and rude manner that had already been decided and then talked to her about several times. All other doctors were understanding of our situation and agreed with our decisions except for her. This made an already difficult time even worse because it felt as if she wanted to kick us out of the hospital. Would not recommend her at all.
