Horrible Doctor
This lady should not be dealing with people who live with chronic pain. She gave me a diagnosis, and when I tried to talk with her about my solutions she tells me she not an expert on my diagnosis. I asked her, what type of doctor is an expert for my condition? She told me my primary care doctor. Which doesn’t make sense at all because my primary care physician sent me to her. Now I question my diagnosis! She was uncaring, she was rude, she was very short as if I was wasting her time and she didn’t have any solutions to help me feel better. I don’t usually do reviews but she is horrible. I’ve never met a doctor that diagnosed you with an issue and then treats you like you made up your own diagnosis and your pain isn’t real. That is crazy to me. Please find a different dr that will actually care.

Would NEVER recommend this doctor...
Saw for Arthritis. My experience leads me to believe she is an incompetent doctor, with a bad in-person demeanor, & seemingly a lack of medical knowledge. She misdiagnosed me with a degenerative life-altering disease. Specialist I later saw felt my hands for a mere 30 seconds before saying I was fine. Told me how key indicator is REALLY easy to tell just by touch, & I don't even remotely have it...She also GRILLED me on my alcohol consumption for over 15 minutes – she did NOT believe me. Showed her the NIH.gov guidelines on my phone, where I drink <HALF the safe amount, & she would still NOT relent. Was given very low dose medication for Arthritis inflammation, & told couldn't be taken with my go-to OTC pain reliever. Problem is TWO other Dr's told me this was NOT accurate for low dosage I was on (that's ONLY for people on way WAY higher dosages for cancer). Even showed her a white paper on this and again, she didn't believe me. No pain relief due to Dr being misinformed is bad...

fantastic and knowledgeable doctor
Dr. Tan was phenomenal. She picked up on an issue that could have been cancerous that was not related to my arthritis. No other doctor noticed this issue. I got a small procedure done in which prevented me from having cancer. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and very holistic. It is evident that she cares for her patients. Great doctor. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
