Dr. Irene Zhang, MD

Dr. Zhang was the first doctor to take my pain seriously. I’m an 18 year old girl who chronically struggled with her tonsils. However, no doctors believed that it was that bad because my tonsils did not always appear to be swollen. Dr. Zhang didn’t care. She took her time asking me questions, looking at pictures of my throat, and making me feel comfortable. Now, I am 5 days post op from my tonsillectomy (performed by her). I have minimal pain and am recovering very fast. I recommend her to ANYONE.

Dr. Zhang is perhaps the most professional, caring doctor I have ever met. She provided excellent care, before and after my operation. She runs a good office, is very polite and explains everything she does in detail.

Dr. Zhang is absolutely the most unprofessional, uncaring surgeon/person/doctor I have ever come across. Her agenda is money, not helping people. She’s missing the empathy and compassion of doing what she is supposed to do which is helping human beings. Her office manager Trisha is extremely unprofessional and rude. Dr. Zhang left me a voicemail, and they then both spoke badly of me and my 7 year old daughters situation without knowing that they didn’t hang up the phone properly. They record calls without consent as well, just a warning. Go elsewhere, ask for the surgeons in Burlington. Believe me stay away, you will thank me that you listened.
