Dr. Irina Proshkina, MD

The doctor was dismissive, degrading and rude. I’ve never received this kind of treatment from a physician. I would never go back.

Dr. Proshkina is our angel. We switched doctors because of a wrong serious diagnosis from our other Primary doctor. We asked my husband's Pulmonary doctor for Primary Doctors names to contact. He gave us 3 names and her name was on the list. We interviewed her and immediately knew she was the one.I cannot say enough for Dr. Proshkina's loving care for both of us. We are both senior citizens that need lots of help as our health problems have grown. She recommends specialists and coordinates with them about trying to solve our problems. Our office visits are never rushed and she answers all our questions. When she can, she offers options to solve problems and is honest when she doesn't know an answer to our questions but will send us to someone that might specialize.On a scale of 1-10 we would rate her an 11 because she is an OVER THE TOP WONDERFUL doctor!

I've seen Dr. Proshkina for many years. She is an excellent Doctor who listens to my questions.. answers them completely with a comprehensive explanation and makes honest, clear, recommendations. She is a very caring lady and my wife also has seen her for many years. I highly recommend her to others who wish to work with a knowledgeable, honest, caring doctor who will give you excellent results.

While I am grateful for telehealth visits it is simply unacceptable that this doctor was conducting the visit while exercising on a treadmill the entire time. She was very rude, accusatory for no reason, and most importantly, used unproven and outdated information to insist on changing the dose of the medication that has been taken at the same level for over 15 years. She did not want to listen to any reasoning, dismissed any questions we tried to ask, and, in the end, accused me of trying to harm my own mother. This is simply rude. I am glad that we found a new, very caring, and professional primary care doctor. I would not recommend anyone to go to Dr. Proshkina. Because, in the end, your life may depend on it.

Dr was cruel and did not listen. Degrading and made fun of. Heavy accent i couldn't understand due to my disability and wouldn't explain things. I felt so small and she was unkind.

Well..... I hate going to the doctor, and I hate to be told what to do lifestyle-wise..However, Dr Proshkina is 100% professional, kind, and caring... Maybe it is because she is from Russia, but no judgement whatsoever. i am happy with her, and have recommended her to my wife as a Primary Care Physician.

Love her! She takes her time, is extremely knowledgable and remembers you and any health situations every time you go in.

Knowledgeable and up-to-date, on time, takes time with patients, thorough, good communicator, explains all possibilities and options, pleasant demeanor, who could ask for more from a doctor? I like this doctor.
