Awful “healthcare provider”
Awful “healthcare provider” I put healthcare provider in quotation marks because she never provided any real care toward my health. Dr. Santiago told me to get a Depo shot when I was in my early 20s a couple years ago. She didn’t warn me about the side effects, which included 5 straight months of bleeding. She didn’t warn me that insurance covers none of it and it cost me $350 out of pocket. I have PCOS and the Depo shot worsens my condition. Dr. Santiago makes hurried decisions and doesn’t think about how they affect the patient. Terrible provider.

I think the person who wrote the negative review was talking about a different Dr. Santiago. The person is in NM and the doctor being referred to is in NC. Dr. Santiago in Greensboro NC is awesome and the negative review makes no sense.

I can't believe the man who gave her only one star. She is highly intelligent she is thorough she is present she is not judgemental and she knows about all general medicine needs it's a family practice. If you get to be her patient you're very lucky you are in very good hands I wouldn't want any other doctor

Dr Santiago cannot write prescriptions ha make sense. Does not kow how to add or multiply. Barely knoaws about diabetes and her bedside manner leaves a lot to desire. Rushes patients through and does not listen to patient complaints. Over all all avoid this doctor at all costs
