He was my wife primary care physician at BCM. Today my wife is dead at 43 years old!! He never cared about her health! He was to busy prescribing NARCOTICS!! Even after I asked him to stop!!

Couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Sulapas. He listens, takes ample time and is very thorough in his approach. What is telling is that I have recommended him to others when they moved here and they echo the same sentiments. What I really like is that he is very accessible through email via my chart. Great doctor.

Good Doctor but his office said he would not see me anymore because I had not been in for three years so they considered me a new patient. He's not taking new patients... I have been a Baylor and Sulapas patient for several years, was with another Baylor Dr until he moved. Disappointed in the Dr's response.

I reported Irvin to the board recently for over-prescribing Ambien to my uncle. He’s just about killed him with Ambien for “anxiety.” My uncle will have to beat the addiction that Irvin has led him to it he’ll undoubtedly die soon. Only bring your family to Irvin if you want them addicted to opioids.

He is very attentive and listens to his patience. I was so happy to find a doctor like him and I felt very comfortable! He is very knowledgeable...plus he knows about joints! He rocks!

I recommend Dr. Sulapas, to family friends, even to another healthcare professional looking for a PVP lately. He's shown a great command of his education, his patient skills are exemplary. He listens, gives feedback to all my inquiries honestly, respectfully, patiently, responds with careful thought and honesty. I've found his efforts to research prior to put scheduled visits exemplary. Additionally, he is very precise in his record keeping, encourages me to maintain my healthy lifestyle choices
