Wait time to get consult appt was only 2 days! I was seen by Dr Raphael today 10-18-18 in the L-pool office. The staff was nice & got me in the exam room with a minimal wait. X-rays were also done quickly. The doc was extremely nice & professional. He explained everything to me & answered all questions. I was able to get a cortisone injection right then & didn’t have to wait for another appt! In & out fast but not rushed. Thrilled with my experience at SOS! Highly recommend him!

Always a good experience and Dr. Raphael listens well and spends appropriate time with me. Also, all the shots I get to my knees are absolutely painless, which I appreciate tremendously. Staff is friendly and supportive and helpful.

I just had an appointment with Dr. Raphael today to review my MRI. As usual, he was patient, took time to not only review the results, but explained in detail what is going on in my knee, and further spent extra time talking about what was likely to happen over the next couple of years in terms of prognosis and treatment.
He values the patient relationship as much as the medical issues.

Dr. Raphael is a Person-he listened to my knee concerns, read my history, offered suggestions for treatment, and even told a couple jokes to ease my tension. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. What a wonderful man! Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the level of service and expertise. Physical and technological checks, I.E. x-ray, were performed with very little waiting. I didn't spend much time at all before the doctor was able to see me and update me on my results.

Just met him this morning for my first visit with knee issues. I found him very pleasant, informative and caring. He did not push me into expensive testing but said to wait and see how it does , since it is improving from the initial injury. Happily answered my questions. Would recommend him.

Just left Dr. Raphael after another successful meeting with him. He has enabled me to keep doing the activities I want to do, by caring for my back. Not only Dr. Raphael, but the entire staff at the new Liverpool/Clay office is outstanding. Starting at the easy check-in, friendly and pleasant staff of nurses, and check-out, it makes going to the Doctor a chore, but not at all unpleasant. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right!

Dr. Raphael is a very caring person. He was very helpful in explaining what steps we might take to correct my problem.
I felt very comfortable when I left.
I have never had a long wait to see the doctor.
The rest of the staff that I had contact with were very nice and helpful.
