Won’t make this doc and office my go-to family physician. It isn’t clean. Staff lacks professionalism, isn’t well trained.

Pompous doctor who won’t help with paperwork. Said he would help last appointment and changed mind mid-appointment and next appointment.

et's say that you have a med problem and then you get some blood tests. Dr. P . will call you and let you know your results and say that he wants you start a prescription. ...for example high cholesterol...before he will give you a prescription he will require that you come into the office to "talk" about it - even though he has told you everything that you need to know over the phone. Most doctors will do you the favor of calling in the prescription w/out forcing an office visit. ..Then - whe

Getting in to see Dr. Pugach was easier than literally any other physician from which I've sought treatment. The wait time for me was essentially ZERO, both in the outer office and in the exam room. The doc spent more time with me than I typically experience in doctors' offices, and I like the fact that his practice can handle routine blood/urine sampling onsite instead of having to find a nearby lab services provider. I dropped in with an acute ailment, but he'll be my PCP going forward.

He is a very good physician, but her receptionist make me sick not sure why she's there. She needs to straight up her attitude or find a job somewhere else.

Dr. Pugach seems very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the patient. My son was in a very serious condition and the doctor quickly referred him to a hospital and virtually saved my son's life.

This is a wonderful doctor. He has a very pleasant bedside manner. He also goes the extra mile to determine the CAUSE of an ailment, not just treat it blindly with medicine like so many other doctors do. I recently moved out of town, but will continue to drive the distance to see him for all that ails me. I trust him and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

He really listens. He'll read your list of questions to make sure he's covered them all. Great/extended office hours, takes emergencies/walk-ins, and his substitute doctors are great too. I've referred others to him too.
