Terrible bedside manner
I don't think I have ever encountered such a rude medical professional before, especially in a very sensitive field. I felt very uncomfortable even though I had never even met her before my one (and only) visit. Very judgemental and unhelpful. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Had the best experience
I’ve been struggling to conceive for over two years and I finally had the opportunity to make an OB appointment. I happened to be placed in the care of Dr. Mason and I had the most wonderful experience. She was incredibly validating, compassionate, and proactive. Anyone who has struggled with infertility knows how emotionally vulnerable you become and she made me feel seen and understood. Dr. Mason is very knowledgeable and provides exceptional care! I would give her a 500 star rating if I could.
