I’m finally on a path to better health after years of searching for a good primary care physician! Dr Chogal is precise and caring and her staff is top notch!

I was in need of a new everyday doctor and I took a leap of faith hoping that this doctor would work out because there were no reviews I could find online. My first appointment wasn’t too bad but going forward has been awful. First and foremost, I feel my rights as a patient have been violated. The doctor is very un empathetic, she doesn’t like to be questioned, she wants complete control over your health, making decisions that she doesn’t have the right to be making and instead of making phone calls or answering her messages she has her referral staff do it. Her communication skills are awful, instead of call me to communicate with me her feelings of something I’ve done or allowing me to communicate my feelings she just terminated me as a patient. No communication at all, none! Not a phone call, email, nothing just a certified letter that I am being dropped as a patient.

Doctor herself is fine. But I have to wait one hour to see her AFTER my appointment time
