Dr. Isis Ferreira, MD

Dr Ferreira is a thorough compassionate physician. Listens well, answers all my questions and asks pertinent questions with regard to my health. Office visits are never rushed. Staff is courteous and calls are responded to in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr Ferreira

I scheduled an in person visit and stated why. The morning of I was called to change the appointment to a televisit. Prohealth express told us to follow up with our primary care ASAP. Prohealth primary would not see us as a slight cough was still present due to a diagnosis of walking pneumonia that was given at Prohealth express. Also a recent negative test of Covid done by Prohealth. We cancelled the televisit as one can not listen to lungs over the phone. I had a physical that I then cancelled as I was sure they would not see me in person again. I was told it was Prohealth's policy not to see such patients. Went to Hartford Health care who saw us. Next day I got a call from the same office person who had rudely and unprofessionally shared her information the previous day. Didn't seem to care why I had cancelled. She shared very frightening lab work information and said I had to follow up though again not sure I could be seen in person. I would not recommend this office,

Dr. Ferreira treats my elderly Mom who has many health issues and is in a wheelchair like her own mother. Very knowledgeable, responsive and kind. We love her and trust everything she says.

As health care proxies for my father, we could not get a call back from the physician to discuss my father’s condition, medication types or dosages, etc. despite multiple messages left (approaching a dozen) with an equally exasperated support staff.

The kindest doctor I’ve ever met. She really is thorough and takes a lot of time to listen and respond. She really tries to help you figure out what’s wrong with you by recommending other methods and by giving you referrals to someone who would know. AAAAAA++++++

I’ve worked in the medical field my whole life and mostly beside physicians. I must say that she’s the sweetest and kindest physician I’ve ever come across. She really listens and answers all of your questions. She spends quality time with you and you don’t feel rushed. She’s very knowledgeable and really tries to get to the bottom of your medical issues. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those who have had trouble finding a doctor who truly listens and cares.

Just moved here, We where very happy with our visit. She took care of all our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we where taken care of.
