Simply the best doc !
I have been Dr Diaz for over 10 years now , he is not just my general practitioner he’s my good friend . That’s how you feel when you have a great rapport with your doc . He listens , takes the time to accurately diag your problem and expresses genuine compassion . As a former medical professional I am critical more than less of healthcare practitioners and yet Dr Diaz gets my 5 stars .

The doctor walked into the room and spent 95% of the time looking at the computer screen (notating and typing) . Had questions regarding issues I was having and he dismissed them quickly without really listening to my concerns. He kept trying to talk over me when asking questions and when I asked him to explain a little about what my symptoms could mean or how reduce my pain while I gets to the appointment to a specialist and he actually answered "I don't know" and dismissed the issue

Dr. Diaz was recommended by two of my grandsons because I was not happy with the doctor I had been seeing for many years. The waiting time to see that doctor had become unacceptable. Sometimes I was in that doctors office for 3 or 4 hours just for a routine prescription visit. Dr Diaz ways sees me on time and even with blood work being done I am usually finished in an hour or less. Wish I had started seeing him years ago. Love him and his staff. They treat me with care and compassion always.

The wait time was a little longer than expected but I'm hoping that was because I'm a new patient. Once I got to see Dr. Diaz it was well worth the wait.
