Dr. Ketter was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. After receiving my test results his nurse immediately contacted me with a plan. Really nice experience.

He was very patient with me even going over same details.

I have no issues with Dr. Ketter. He always takes the time to listen to me and never makes me feel rushed. I see a couple people have complained about being referred to specialists. If I have an issue that is out of his area of expertise, he refers me to a specialist. I prefer this method, as he is an overall well-being (general) practitioner and when I have a specific issue I like to see someone who practices in only that issue. Different doctors for different things, one person can't possibly know everything there is to know about everything.

Dr Ketter is wonderful. He listens and then gives you most helpful advise.

Routine checkup

Didn’t have to wait long on my most recent visit. Dr. Ketter is friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested changing the statin I was using to one he thought would be better for me.

I would recommend Dr. Ketter to anyone. He is very laid back, has a nice mannerism and always willing to chat about not only your medical life, but likes to be personable and talk about anything. He is very caring, patient and he never makes you feel like he's rushing you out the door and onto his next patient. Very thankful for Dr. Ketter!

Very good, almost always on time but sometimes there are emergencies & one must wait. He & his nurse both listen, he is helpful & caring. I trust him.

Dr. Ketter does a great job. I see him every year for my yearly physicals. He answers all my health questions and keep track of my vitals and vaccinations I may need now and in the future. He's been my primary care doctor for nearly 20 years.

Dr. Ketter was negligent several times when my husband and I were patients of his. My husband was referred to a specialist, because he had pink eye. He refers patients to specialists too frequently, because he doesn't want to both with them. I was in pain for 3 months: took meds for a UTI, meds for yeast infection, took a sonogram, was told I had a disease. Finally, friends told me I was having side effects of taking statins. I stopped taking my evening pill and over night my pain was gone. Ten days later I had a yearly appt. and told Dr. Ketter; he didn't listen and prescribed the same meds which were causing the side effects. I promptly changed doctors.

My appointment went just fine. Dr. Ketter is always on time, is very thorough and generally cares about his patients.
