Dr. Ivan Mefford, MD

Dr. Mefford answers all of my questions , he is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know , he researches it & calls me back . I have been with Dr Mefford for over 10 yrs. because of this along with the fact that I don't have to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes when I show up for an appointment . I can call him day or night , 24 hours a day . He always takes my calls , no voice mail like most other Dr.'s I have had .

Dr. Mefford and all his staff truly provide an excellent experience. There was hardly any wait to see the doctor and every step during my annual physical was quick and efficient. Itis really a pleasure to be treated with such care here.

Have been a patient for over eight years. Dr. Mefford spends quality time in every encounter; is available at all times, even provides a personal cell phone number for after hours. Has both and MD and PhD in biochemistry very knowledgeable, personable and thorough in all interactions!

I think this practice is super. i have used this office for over 6 years and never had an issue. I get calls returned quickly. Get an appointment when I need it. The Nurse Practioners are wonderful. (even though there seems to be a quick turnover). Dr. Motash Ibrahim is my new favorite Dr. there. So kind and spends a lot of time with you. Dr. Mefford has seen me, even though I am not his regular patient. He has always been very professional and very nice. I find it hard to believe that one person has had so many issues with the office. I highly recommend the team there.

Members of my immediate family have been seeing Dr. Mefford for over 20 years now. He goes above and beyond for his patients, and makes the doctor visit smooth and easy. He is non-judgemental, and on top of new meds and new ways of practicing medicine. The MD VIP program is wonderful, and I am happy to be a part of Dr. Mefford's practice.

The worst PCP office I've ever been to. Incredibly rude staff with bad attitudes. Extremely difficult to schedule an appointment. They never answer their phone. Long wait times. They never call you back for anything. Appointments are rushed. Awful doctor, even worse staff!

There is no other doctor or staff like Dr. Mefford and his supporting team! I have been a patient for many years and nothing has changed from the first office visit up until recently! Everyone is professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and they offer the best customer service! I can honestly say that they are the best!

Dr. Mefford is a solid fixture in our lives. We know we can always count on him to find time to listen and advice. He is polite, charming and well informed of all aspects of medical issues. We have told him he can never retire !!!

The office manager is useless and rude. As an office manager, I expected her to be professional and understanding. But she was really rude and also demanding.

My husband and I have gone to Doctor Mefford for years. We always feel he really listens to us and doesn’t rush us. He was truly understanding anda available when I needed him during a recent hospitalization. His staff is almost like family to us.

Excellent care

Dr. Mefford is pleasant and easy going, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in his care. Very thankful he was recommended to me. His staff was also very pleasant and courteous. I am very glad to have met a PCP near my home who has a lot of experience and just a genuinely nice person/physician.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Mefford's team for 2 years. There is usually a little bit of a wait, but no more than any other MD I have seen. The nurses are very nice and the nurse practitioners are wonderful! They spend as much time with us as we need. The phlebotomist has a less than friendly personality- but she hits the vein without difficulty on the first time every time. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a good PCP.

Had to get a return to work form filled out, but was treated like a third world citizen instead. Was never reexamined, and the nurse thrusted the papers in my face telling me Here are your stupid forms. Was belittled for a simple form. Changed my PCP and suggest people do the same. The staff is very unprofessional and rude.
