Dr. J Vicente Poblete, MD

I was referred to Dr. Poblete from my Dermotologist. She had removed a cyst from my cheek in February, and it looked worse than before surgery after several months. I've become very self-conscious. I drove 30 minutes to his Elyria location, and arrived before my scheduled appointment. I waited 30 minutes, which made me anxious because I had a work meeting to attend. The nurse was asking me for the dates of the cyst removal (who is also part of the Cleveland Clinic. The information was readily available in their EHR). Dr. Poblete was very stoic. He told me that I actually had a ruptured cyst removed, as if I was trying to fabricate the procedure in some way. He told me there is nothing he could do, and I'd be replacing a scar for an even bigger scar. I told him I did not care, and just wanted it to be flat. I started crying, and he angrily says that he can't do anything until I wait one year. I was so frustrated, I walked out of his office. I will never go back to this hateful man again
