Dr. Cramer explains anything and everything in a way that you can understand. He tells you the medical term then explains it in a way that you understand. he sits and talks to you as a friend not a number. The only draw back for Dr. Cramer is that everyone wants to see him so it is difficult to get in. he doesn't waste your money on test after test he pretty much nails it on the first diagnosis.
