Dr Johnson did cataract surgery on my eyes and I elected to have a multifocal lens. I am very pleased with the outcome of my vision as I only wear 1.25 readers for very fine print. I felt absolutely no pain during surgery. Dr Johnson is a highly skilled surgeon and uses the most advanced technology. He and his staff are exception.

After many long hours of searching the internet for a cataract surgeon with great reviews, I decided to get a consultation with Dr. Johnson. His 5 star rating did not disappoint. After a thorough examination, he discussed with me my options for lenses, what was involved in the surgery and the recovery process. I had my left eye surgery on May 20 and the right eye on June 17 at Seaside Opthamology in Brunswick. The staff, both in his office and at the surgery center were top notch. All were very caring, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and his staff.

I'm a 44 year old pastor who struggled with cataracts and poor vision. After meeting with Dr. Johnson for a consultation, we discussed my options and scheduled two procedures. I will never forget how nervous I was to get the first cataract removed! The procedure was brief and on point. Immediately, my vision was restored in my right eye and all worry gone. Within a couple of weeks I could see perfectly in both. As a pastor, I believe in miracles. Without a doubt, I received two of them!

I found myself in a new city experiencing life changing diminished vision. As a retired CRNA, I know how important a choice of surgeons can be. Though extraordinarily young and handsome, Dr Johnson is also happens to be a highly skilled surgeon. After explaining my options thoroughly, he provided me with the best vision I have enjoyed since childhood. I am so pleased with my visual result and would gladly recommend Dr Johnson.

I wore glasses 60+ years and vision was worse than 20/400+. My cataracts made driving at night dangerous. Dr Johnson removed the cataracts and implanted Toric lenses last December which corrected me to 20/20. My one year check up today confirmed I'm still at that level. My success inspired my wife to have similar surgery recently and she is now glasses free for the first time in over 20 years. Dr Johnson's clear explanations of procedures demystified complicated (for us) surgery.

I will recommend Dr. Johnson to everyone with eye issues. Dr. Johnson removed the cataracts from both of my eyes. He is up to date on the latest developments in ophthalmology. He is a gentle and caring doctor. His office staff is pleasant and professional. Best of all, he is local so I didn't have to go to Savannah.

Very attentive to concerns! He really takes time to explain all aspects of the procedure. Even though the waiting room was full he did not seem rushed at all.

Dr. Johnson and his staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. All things regarding my cataract surgery were explained and questions were answered. When the pharmacy did not fill one of my prescriptions, they were quick to repair the problem. Dr. Johnson verbally interacted with me once in the surgery room and after the procedure was over, which is very reassuring.
