Dr. Jackson Chen, MD

Dr. Chen is good, but his office staff is a different story. They never answer their phone or check their voice mail. I even had the receptionist tell me as I as making my next appoint for later in the day cause my husband takes me when he gets home from work. The receptionist told me if I wanted I could come earlier cause they would like to leave early. I would say a new office staff should be put in there who is professional and medically trained and who can handle stuff. It’s too bad because it leaves a bad mark on Dr. Chen, which I know he has nothing to do with who Trinity health hires.

To be honest it took me a very long time to find the right doctor for my self. I came across many doctors that ignored my needs. When I was recommenced Dr. Chen though a friend I was hesitant at first. When seeing him, he was very detailed when it came to my care. He answered all my questions and always made sure I understood everything. He is very nice and respectful. I highly recommend him and will follow where ever he goes.
