Unprofessional
I asked for a specific sti test and she told me it was just a made up internet thing. I just looked at her in disbelief, she then told me of another clinic I could go to get the test done because she stated that she couldn’t test me for it in her clinic come to find out that wasn’t true. The test was available at her clinic. Unprofessional.

Amazing
She is super professional, straight to the point and honest. She does not beat around the bush and tells you what you can expect. I will not go anywhere else.

Dr Jaclyn Estes surgery
I had surgery performed by Dr Jaclyn Estes. At my initial visit she was professional, kind, listened to my concerns and addressed them. She explained the surgery and drew pictures; and went through the post surgery care and what to expect which was very helpful. The surgery and recovery went very well, and Dr Estes called me at home to check on me. I would highly recommend her. I am a retired Registered Nurse.
