Disappointing
Although the doctor seemed attentive during the visit that is where it ended. Had to track down my blood test results as the patient portal was not working for me. Was assured they would fix it and never did. New perscription was called in and I was not notified by the doctor or office at all. Eventually received the test results after I requested them to be sent to me via their message system. A1C had dramatically gone up but was not worth a phone call or any other conversation. Dismal results with doctor and office. Will not return after just 1 visit.

Good experience
My expectations for a doctor is to be mindful of my time, listen and address my concerns, and to be able to explain everything thoroughly. I’ve only had 1 first appointment and so far so good. Responds quickly to messages on the app and that’s a plus for me. Staff is courteous.
