Dr. Jaclyn Limberakis, DO

This a phone call as she is the on-call provider for my office. No compassion no sympathy. basically told my problem was not her problem. It wasn’t her fault that no one called me back. Sorry abruptly ended the call and will deal with my office but it looks like my experience goes along with all these other Google reviews regarding this doctor.

I have had two appts with Dr. J Limberakis and won’t be seeing her again. She was dismissive, wasn’t interested in solving the health issues I was there for, and treated me as a task that just needed to be checked off.

I saw Dr Limberakis for several years when she practiced in DE. While I think her technical knowledge may be sound, her weak bedside manner impairs her effectiveness. Cutting off patient commentary, speaking with a condescending tone, and dismissing persistent symptoms inhibit her ability to determine root cause and drive effective solutions. She also offhandedly suggests medicinal short term directives without either providing context or a clear path forward. She speaks with distain about other mds (specialists) and believes her knowledge supersedes theirs, even though she practices as a generalist.

I am retired and my husband and I found Dr. Limberakis to be the best and most thorough doctor we have ever had. She also takes her time with you.

Orig appt was 11/27/18 at 3:00 PM. By the time I was able to be received was well after 3:00 PM. Was told had to come back next day because dr. needed more time for visit than was scheduled. Came back next day same time. Informed Dr. I should not have been rescheduled due to Chrisitiana not scheduling enough time. Dr. stated that was not why I was asked to come back. It was because she assumed I was late. She treats patients like they are beneath her and she is not just a Dr., but GOD. She assumed I was late & immediatly had a bad attitude. Plus on the 11/28th appt. she was 1/2 hour late herself, but that was OK because she was GOD. Then proceeded to tell me she would only renew prescriptions for 3 mos. instead of a year & if I did not like that I could find another Doctor. More to this story, but just wanted to give highlight of a Dr. who has assumed she knew what was happening & never asked patient. Dr. Limberakis is such a professional. I have never waited for an appointment, but wouldn't mind waiting for the Doctor if I needed to. She is very thorough during my office visit. When visit begins, we sit together and wants to know know any of the issues before the exams. Kudos to you Dr. Limberackis!

Dr. Limberakis is thorough and kind. She's incredibly responsive to messages sent through the patient portal. I like that she never rushes my appointments, listens to my questions, arrives to appointments on time, and has never cancelled on me. What I like most about her is that she is willing to talk about different options (she isn't a prescription pusher) and knows when it's time to refer to another physician/specialist. You won't be a disappointed patient.

She is very welcoming and thorough. Reviewed my medical history with me, updated me on the vaccines and tests I would need in the coming months and discussed the reasoning behind suggesting some of the vaccines. She was very pleasant in answering all my questions which made me feel very comfortable.

I scheduled a physical with her, during my appointment, I asked her 3 questions about certain health concerns I have, she didn't examine me or prescribe any meds for those questions. Afterwards, I come to find that she billed the insurance for a problem visit instead of a physical and her excuse was I asked questions. She never warned me or disclosed that if she answer the questions, she'll change the billing. She also was 30 min late and I was her first appointment.
