Dr. Schaffer and staff are fantastic!
I have a chronic disease that can lead to terrible pain and I had a terrible flare up one night. I went to the ER at Christus St Vincent and Dr. Shaffer was the doctor on staff. She greeted me and asked me thorough questions about my condition and previous health. I felt like she listened very well to my concerns and took me seriously. She gave me referrals to better help myself and get on a better pain management plan. I ended up having to go back to the ER another night and happened to be greeted by Dr Shaffer again, who once again listened to my woes and gave me excellent care. Thank you so much Dr Shaffer!
