Dr. Elkins is outstanding in his field
Dr. Elkins had to take my hip replacement out, replace it, and due to an unforseen accident, 2 days later had to take that hip replacement out and replace it, due to my fall shattering the lower part of my thigh bone and a fractured upper bone. I have never had any problems with my hip replacement and only rarely can I tell it isn't my actual hip. I think he is one of the greatest, and his compassion and care shown to me was outstanding. He rates very high with me.

Hip Replacement
Dr.Elkins replaced both of my hips hands down one of the best at what he does A+++Highly Recommend. He answered all my questions about it and the medical staff did a excellent job.

Dr Elkins replaced both of knees within a 7 week period this year. Everything he explained to happened. He’s very straightforward and completely professional. He and his entire team deserve an Aplus. I highly recommend Dr. Elkins.

Absolutely a wonderful surgeon! I was bedridden on the bad days and could only use a wheelchair on rare occasions. When he did my hip replacement, I was able to start riding my Harley again with the first spring thaw. I am almost 70 years old and he gave my Mobility back to me.

Dr Elkins explains everything—what he’s going to do, how he does it, and why. For example, he explained that he has an assistant to handle the patient’s leg, instead of a mechanical boot that some other surgeons use, because of the risk of a broken femur. He is direct, straightforward, and was patient with every question and concern I had. I liked him a lot, and had a great outcome from hip surgery. I would recommend him without reservation. His staff are great, too.
