My family has been seen in this office more than once in the past 6 months. I don’t recommend it. The office staff is horrible. Nasty, rude, incompetent. You will be put on hold for extended lengths of time or they will just hang up on you. They will yell and swear and then blame you. They don’t want to work or help patients. Lisa Craner, ( approx age is 68)the person who identified herself as the office manager was especially combative and rude. Mirabella the assistant to Dr. Feldman ( a girl in approx. age 19)is just plain stupid. Can’t schedule a test, doesn’t return phone calls. I showed up for my scan at st Joseph’s imaging and the staff said they had been trying to get a hold of Dr. Feldmans office for and order for the scheduled test. They never received a return call and I was never able to get my test scheduled. We will not be returning to that office.

Dr. Feldman was very caring and took his time explaining the surgery my son would get, what to expect while he was in the hospital, and what to expect when we went home. He has a great bedside manner and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We are so thankful for the care we received from him and Dr. Tatum.

Dr. Feldman was on call on a Sunday for my surgeon. He is a very rude person. Did not listen to my responses and was very dismissive and condescending. If he has to deliver news like We never hear of that side effect for your surgery after xx days he could at least acknowledge the symptom instead of acting as though there was no way I could be having it. His bedside manner is a ZERO. I am only giving him a 1 because he did call in the prescription for the symptom.
