Helped me figure out what was wrong immediately
I went to the ER with a sudden severe pain and within 2 minutes of talking to me, he told me what was wrong and everything he would do to work it up and treat it. When all the tests came back, he was spot on. He told me what I would need to do after discharge and what to watch out for, and when I see my primary care doc, he tells me Dr Frier did in one visit everything he would've had me do over the course of months. Thanks again for the help.

Just rude slammed door on my in-laws face when he was being asked a question. Made up details in discharge papers. Nurse delivered what was wrong before doctor. Dr was in the room for maybe 4 mins

Actually listens and explains things clearly
I've never had a doctor sit down and spend som uch time explaining what my diagnosis is and what I can do to get better, usually doctors just give you a diagnosis and send you out the door and you have no idea what's going on or what to do next. He was very patient and friendly the whole time, listened to me instead of cutting me off after 1 sentence. Not at all what I'd expect from a doctor working in emergency. I wish my primary doctor explained things as well and as thoroughly as Dr Frier did.

Listened to my issues. Diagnosed and explained in great detail all options of treatment that were possible. I felt he went above and beyond making sure I was good when done, and that I had a good understanding of follow up treatment.

My son was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident and Dr Frier happened to be driving by and he saved his life. I can't thank him enough, my son was so very lucky to have someone like him driving by before anybody else was there. Thank you so much for doing everything you did to help my son, there's no way we could ever repay you for saving his life, but we are so happy to see such caring people like you exist that are willing to drop everything and save a life, whether on duty or not.

When I was caught in a freak drunken boating accident and knocked unconscious, Dr. Frier took expert care of me. He showed top notch empathy while intubating me, and his choice of paralytics and sedatives reflect his compassionate care. The chest tube he placed to drain the blood from my lungs was very considerate of him. I appreciate him draining the blood from around my heart so that I wouldnt lose my pulse. Great bedside manner and rapport, would highly recommend him to people actively dying.

Even though the hospital was really busy, he carefully explained everything about my diagnosis to me, made sure I understand, listened to my questions, and made sure I felt much better before going home. Genuinely seemed concerned with me getting better.
