Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staffs at the front desk always looks stressed and they feel no responsibility to care about their duties. Please find elsewhere to go to.

Dr is okay, but the staffs are rude, mean and unprofessional! Hearing yelling at patients each time I take my parents there. Waiting time 60 mins although with confirmed appointment.

Hostile environment. Staffs are bad-tempered, cruel and have bad attitude. They need to be relearned how to communicate with dignity. Wait 45 to 60 minutes average with an appointment. They Rarely answer their phones. You are warned!

Avoid this place at all costs !!! The staffs are very unprofessional, no manners and Rude. Cindy is yelling at patients who do not sleep English well. Most are Vietnamese elderly people.

I'm intern pharmacist in the last rotation; I've been Dr. Jacob Linh Huynh patient since 2014 till this moments. Dr. Huynh is extremely patient, kindhearted, empathy and compassionate. Dr. Huynh DOESN'T TREAT DISEASES but he TREATS each PATIENT as an UNIQUE individual based on patient's situation and underlying cause of this symptoms or diseases ( REAL cause of this diseases). Dr Huynh is very knowledgeable, competent, and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities to fulfill patients needs and provide the best benefits to his patients. While medicine regiments / therapy is main course of treatments, the caring , smiling, and laughing also is necessary atmosphere for patient's outcome. My elderly parents are currently under his care. He spends time listening to their concerns and is very caring. He is willing Togo the extra mile for his patients when needed. My parents highly recommend him to others.

Also, he ordered needed medication over the week-end in time for her critical condition. His word of assurance gave my mother the peace of mind. I will recommend him to other patients.
