Did not even get to an appointment with this office because the ladies making the appointments are rude enough. Not listening to my situation and what I am trying to accomplish. I was told to 'calm down' as she was cutting me off. If you work in a children's medical facility telling a parent to calm down is never a route that should be taken. This is stressful and emotional for all parents, and if you cant understand that then you need to get women in there who do. Won't even waste my time with the Dr.

Knowledgeable and friendly. My son had a nasal surgery and the doctor made sure we understood what would happen and checked in with us before and after surgery. Follow up appointments were a breeze. We arrived early for several appointments and were seen quickly, even before our official appointment time. Great bedside banner with kids--made my anxious son comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Went to his office to get hearing aids. Needed to get ones to do specific added things. When I received them, they didn't do what I needed them to do. Took them back. Have been waiting over 2 weeks now. I have called. No one knows when they will come in and now they have stopped returning my phone calls.

I had to have my tonsils removed and Dr. Minor and the whole team were so nice& professional. I only encountered the most compassionate people, from the lady who schedules the appointments to all the nurses and Doctors. I am thankful for everyone who took care of me.

My son had always been stopped up, but until he told me that he had been breathing solely through his mouth, I didn't realize the extent of his nasal problems. He asked me to take him to an ENT, and we ended up at Dr. Minor's office. He easily diagnosed my son's issue, and gave us options with pros and cons. He did an excellent job talking to my 19 year old son in a way he could appreciate, and let him make an educated decision about his surgery. He now remarks about smelling daily.

After years and years of throat infections despite a tonsillectomy when young, Dr Minor diagnosed me with paratonsillar abcess and did a revision tonsillectomy at my tender age of 74. I just celebrated one year free of sore throats and infections ! Thank you Dr. Minor. You have blessed hands.

I've had wonderful experiences with Dr Minor. He preformed surgery on me, and prior to the surgery he was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions or fears I had. His explanations were very clear and understanding I knew exactly what he was going to be doing which put my fears at ease. After surgery again very helpful, caring, understanding. He is a great doctor that I would refer to my family and friends.

I went in for excessive nose bleeds. Dr. Minor was able to find the problem and correct it. Not only that, during the procedure, he also opened up my right nostril passageway that has been restricted my entire life! Not only that, he also diagnosed and treated my persistent hoarseness. I went in for one thing, and got 3 things fixed! He truly puts patients' needs first!
