My appointment was at 4:00. The doctor walked out as i walked in. The woman at the front desk said he just left. I asked "for the day?" And she stated she thought so and ran out to catch him. She came back and said yes he left for the day. He had an "emergency " and i need to reschedule. Didn't look like an emergency as he leisure walked out and sat in his car in the parking lot as i left. Based on other reviews, seems he really doesn't care much about his patients. I left work early and recieved no call and clearly if the receptionist didn't know he was leaving no one would have called. Completely disgusting as they rescheduled this appointment once already. This doctor and staff think your time is not important and i fully intend on making sure i post as many reviews as i can.

Dr Z saw me in less than 2 weeks from referral date. Although my tests showed normal range for my issues he was compassionate and said he likes to treat patients not numbers. I couldn't be more satisfied with him. He didn't waste time and got me in and out in a very reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend him.

Removed a large Kidney stone (with a Laser) He is a straight to the punch Let's get it done Doctor. Not going to hold your hand or take time to listen about your Family/Personal life. So if that's what you want find another Doctor. But if you are sick and need Help. This is the guy. 110 % satisfied on the results. I Have not felt this good in years. Absolutely no pain. Feels like I got a a new Back. Only regret is that I sat for 3 months on the referral!

I was moved to write this review due to the overreaction of at least one previous reviewer. You can't blame the doctor if the lab is slow. Plus, I have never felt Dr Zamstein was just after my money. I have always been able to schedule or reschedule appts easily. He has always taken as much time as I needed to explain a complicated situation and to answer my questions, of which I have had more than a few. I already, in fact, entrusted my life to him, and I'm still here, so...

waited over 30 minutes. met with dr. zamstein for about 5 minutes. felt rushed out. dr. zamstein didn't show any compassion for our issue or concerns. told us to love each other and it would happen. basically that GOD would make it happen. had me get retested to check for inconsistencies. took over three weeks to get results back. first time took 3 days. blamed it on the lab. gave me a website to check my result which still doesn't have them. STAY AWAY FROM DR. ZAMSTEIN!!!! he only wants your $$
