My actual visit was great. Unfortunately the follow up experience on the results of my appt was horrible. Was told by Dr Buchman would contact me back three times after the office visit and Dr Buchman said they would contact me back during the initial visit by phone with the results of the testing. Three months later after Sanjay told me excuses that she is teaching that day or had off for the holidays and would call me back on three different occasions I am still waiting. Today Sanjay tells me it's only done by appt. Figuring in what was a great experience at the office and the bad post visit experience,I would rate the service a two stars.
