Dr Chang saw me the day I called because I was have difficulty breathing and unable to speak without coughing. This was the result of a fall down 15 stairs 2 weeks prior at my daughters home in North Carolina. I broke 4 ribs in 6 different places and was hospitalized 4 days back there. After a chest X-ray and scan Dr Chang determined there was a significant amount of fluid in my left lung. Right there in the exam room she was able to tap my lung and remove 1000+ cc’s from my lung. She had a busy schedule that afternoon yet she asked her nurse to reschedule her patients to care for me. I am so grateful to have found a warm and caring doctor like Dr Chang. She was able to quickly diagnosis my issue and treat me right there in her office. Thank you, Dr Chang, for your professionalism, your care and dedication to your patients.

Dr chang is good, her staff is awful. I am changing Dr's because of her uncaring unprofessional, rude staff. I've been out of town in new york. I use an inhaler for my copd, I called and asked Isabella and the nurse to renew my med. The nurse refused unless I see Dr chang 1st. I'm 3000 miles away, and was told to find a Dr in new york. I would have been out of my meds by the time I got an appointment in new york, due to covid back up Then her nurse argued with me and told me basically she won't fill it and that's its against the law to fill it, bad excuse!!! I had seen Dr chang 4 months early. She argued with me and was nasty, and was fine leaving me withoutmy meds, told me it's MY PROBLEM. . What kind of care is that from a supposedly medical professional. I was so upset and scared, I had chest pains. Finally I got in touch with my primary doctor and explained my trip was extended and ran out of my copd inhaler and she filled it for me. I will be changing doctors because of her nurse
