Very Disappointed, went in for a 1:10 appointment 5/23 which I admit I was late for by 15 minutes, I thought the appointment was 1:30 arrived at 1:25 2 ladies were being checked in both receptionist looked at me finally at 1:35 I sat down at 1:45 the ladies being checked in were finally done they were obviously together and new patients I was paying my copay the nurse called my last name was mentioned and the receptionist said my first name and I said my last name to her and I said that is me I have been waiting here since 1:25 it is now 1:45 I now the nurse asked her how long I was there because the receptionist said about 10 minutes she out right lied to her because she never acknowledged me granted I made a mistake I was. late but I am seriously never late for those appointments and I took the day off of work, and I have waited painterly for up to a half a hour when they have been behind, the the nurse says tell her she will have to reschedule. Which Dr Kannan is no longer there

Great visit.....sad to see her leaving.

Dr Kannan is thorough, listens, and makes eye contact when speaking or listening. Been seeing her for 6 months for PMR with positive results

We decided to spacing my visits and she decided about lowering the meds (my hero)! I am happy about when I have an appointment, I am prompt and so are everyone.

She was very caring and answered my questions patiently.

After losing a fantastic rheumatologist that I had for years due to retirement, I changed to Dr. Kannan. She was very nice and thorough. She took a conservative approach to my RA which I appreciate. She showed an empathetic way which I don’t necessarily need but also was appreciated. I think I made the correct choice on my new doctor.

This was my first visit and I felt very comfortable with Dr Kanan. She listened and had new suggestions to figure out what was causing my pain and problems.

Dr. Kannan is a wonderful doctor! She takes time to understand your symptoms and works hard to help manage the problem. And she doesn't give up, she investigates all avenues systematically. She takes the time to answer all questions. She is great at getting back to you when she says she will. I would recommend her to my friends, family and anyone looking for a great rhumotolgist. Her assistant is also awesome! She's smart, patient and thorough!
