Dr. Jacqueline Le, MD

Do NOT use her as a pediatrician if you care about your baby. She comes in and without saying anything else, she starts with "do you have any questions?" instead of completing an assessment and then going over pertinent findings or general information about patient care. How would a first time parent know what to ask??? She does not interact with your child the way a normal human being would. She treats your baby like a 75 year old mute adult without any emotion or talking. Not even a smile. Why even be a pediatrician if you have no interest in the patient population. What really made me angry was the fact that they took over 30 minutes to draw my newborn's blood work. I am a nurse who draws newborn blood work every shift and on multiple babies. The work was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSKILLED. The secretary doubled as the "nurse" I guess and came to draw it. She asked me to hold the baby and the foot and we sat there letting the blood drop. She basically made it seem like

She treat her patients with her heart and make them feel like they are family, especially at tough moments. Thank you for helping my child grow healthy.

Very very dirty office. No nurse. The same front desk person whole picked up the phone and injected my kid without wearing gloves. Tried badly to make unnecessary visits on multiple occasions. The doctor did not well examine my kid during his physical exam. Just horrible. DHHS needs to look at this place!

I have been bringing my son to her practice for 10 years now, after his first pediatrician was horrendous im so greatful we found Dr Le her MA is pleasant as well. Dr Le is knowledgeable kind and extremely professional. I recommend her to anyone shes great and never a long wait!
