Worst Doctor not helpful and just made me wait 3Ms
Telehealth
Nothing stood out I was always doing tests on time and even did at home with documented journey. After that no communication was provided to finally get prescribed! So not worth my time.

Our Loss in the Northeast Is Texas' Gain
I was very disappointed last year to hear that Dr. Minasso was leaving the area to begin a new practice in Texas. In the three years that she was my dermatologist she solved one serious issue that my previous doctor was unable to cure. She was always very professional and personable. If she wasn't over 1,500 miles away I'd find a way to continue having her as my skin specialist. The people of Humble, TX are very fortunate to have her services available.

Dr. Minasso is an awesome dermatologist. I've seen her several times now since my dermatologist retired. Her exams are complete and thorough. She is courteous and friendly. And her treatment of skin issues is first rate. I would absolutely recommend her for friends and family.

Saw Dr. Minasso as a referral from my family doctor for marks on my face. She was very kind, gentle and professional. She took the time to educate me and handed me pamphlets. My message to other patients? Don't put off seeing a dermatologist when you have any changes in your skin!

Total disregard for concerns I had and made me feel like I was stupid and clueless about my own body. Removed a spot from the black of my leg and covered it with only a round dot BandAid, which was not sufficient. Blood soaked the back of my pants leg on my way home. I was breastfeeding at the time and I had leaked a bit onto my examination gown and she questioned it and acted horrified by it. She is an awful doctor that seems extremely judgmental, acts condescending, and as if she is above everyone else. Worst attitude and personality of any doctor I have ever been to.

She made me feel like an idiot about having concerns for my hair falling out in clumps! She didn't even bother to look at the condition and i left the office in tears. Please don't go to her.

Dr. Minasso is truly what I would say the most professional and thorough in her field. I was referred to her by a friend and had a full body scam ,results were not what I would have liked. She was so kind and patient with me before and after my surgery. I think she is one in a million.

Dr. Minasso is a kind physician. She cares about her patients and does not rush through the appointment. She makes sure that all your questions are answered before she leaves the exam room. I would recommend Dr. Minasso. I referred my family members to her.

Refused to addressed my concerns. Tried to tell me a cyst was a keloid to avoid actually addressing it. Gave me unnecessary injections to get me out of her office. Left me in tears and feeling like I was going crazy. Had a full bikini wax just so I can reassure myself that the cysts I am getting are there and that I didn't lose my mind.
