I rarely take the time and effort to write reviews but feel that I really need to write one for Dr. Jacqueline Vo. I have a rare, deadly autoimmune disease and Dr. Vo told me in my first appointment to contact her immediately if my symptoms returned. On numerous occasions I have been completely ignored by Dr. Vo and her medical assistants. I have spoken with various members in her office and have even sent Dr. Vo messages telling her of my situation and that I needed help, only with no response . I have continued to hound her staff and they kept telling me that I would hear back that day from Dr. Vo or a medical assistant but no one has ever called me back after my numerous calls. As before, no response. My treatment has been truly uncaring and unprofessional and I plan to report her to my insurance company in an effort to help her current and future patients.

I am not returning to Dr, Vo after one visit. The wait time was 2 hours and staff need to be taught, costumer service. She is rude and uncaring. She stayed her distance, never examined me, for a total of less than 10 minutes. She is at the bottom of my list. I would not recommend her.

The office staff are not friendly very unprofessional people. The wait could be over an hour. Waiting two times, at the waiting room then once you are called they put you in a room to wait again more than 30mins. Very disappointed with her staff and the waiting. 2nd visit was worst than the first.

Dr Vo doesn't even see the patient the first visit, the PA does. Brief exam, less than 5 minutes. Prescribes pain meds even though I told her that I didn't want them, more importantly I wasn't given a diagnosis for a disease yet they're still prescribing meds. Lab test results are online (as well as given to me by the receptionist) but they still want a $$$ follow up appointment. Next step: filing a report w/state of texas med board.

I finally found a Rheumatologist who would listen to me! Dr. Vo and her team were so helpful and I'm finally feeling better. They did have some issues back at the end of 2016/beginning of 2017 with a new lab company they were using but they have since stop using them. Either way I get my blood work done from Quest. I've found that no doctor is perfect but when you find one that listens to you, you stay!
