An Outstanding Doctor
Dr. Sandhu is the most qualified and caring primary physician I have had the honor to know. He thoroughly analyzes my blood work for red flags that may indicate serious problems. Six years ago, his careful attention discovered I had bladder cancer (12 tumors) and he referred me to an outstanding Urologist, Dr. Rudolph Acosta, who surgically removed them. Further, Dr. Sandhu is constantly guarding my health with positive suggestions. A patient can't find anyone better than Dr. Sandhu

Have been seeing him for several years - only due to convenience. The staff is great. Dr doesn't listen, and don't even try to get a referral. Last one took me 3 months.

I have had only two visits to this office, having recently changed from a doctor out of town. I can safely say I have never had such a horrible, negligent and degrading experience. On the first visit I had labs done, which were bad. I had to call them and ask what I was to do – no follow up. The next visit I had follow up labs and tried to address a very personal medical issue I have been dealing with for a very long time, which was extremely difficult for me. I was blown off completely being told, “My 11 year-old gets that, it’s no big deal” and told to use an over the counter medicine. As it turns out that did nothing (surprise!). I then had to call back four times while everyone I was speaking to went through my very personal and embarrassing notes out loud, and asked me questions I already answered. On call four I was told I had a medication called in for me- except it was one I am deathly allergic to, as I indicated in my paperwork in all the places you are supposed to. Then up

He told me I was prediabetic last time I was there and said not another word about it. Frankly, I didn't pay it much credence at the time as I was ignorant of the implications of that diagnosis and he didn't see fit to expound on it. After feeling overly fatigued every day I decided I should Google it and found, to my dismay, it has quite serious health implications. Call me silly, but I kind of expect my doctor to actually talk to me, especially about important health issues that he found. Needless to say, I've made an appointment with a new doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Sandhu for two years and am completely satisfied with my care. I always feel he has my best interest in mind. He carefully listens to me and is very supportive. He inspired me from my first appointment to take better care of my health and I feel much better than I have in years! I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment and when I'm not feeling well his staff gets me right in to see him. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sandhu and his staff.

Very thorough, pragmatic, and professional. Sensitive to personal concerns and patient desire to examine medical options . Maximizes healthcare opportunities with coverage insurance available. Has maintained a stable, competent staff to support his practice and patient relationships. And, has opened an additional "24 hour Care" facility/location/practice within his current market area to serve existing and new patients at all hours.

The doctor is fine, however I can never schedule an appointment when I am actually sick, but have to be seen as a walk-in. The courtesy of the staff has started to deteriorate. One staff member asked me in an accusing voice WHY my name wasn't on the insurance card. (My husband is the subscriber.) Another acted quite harsh and doubtful when I came to get an MRI script that they had called me about. Another came out into the waiting room to discuss my business in front of the other patients.

You wait For an hour sometimes two hours to be seen by the doctor only for him to spend 5 min with you and take off. Then you have crazy front desk staff that never do what they tell you they will do. I would avoid this office - unless you love to wait for hours.
