I gave birth at P.E & was given horrible service because I refused their medications.(Pitocin, epidural, etc) This was my 3rd birth & my previous have been no intervention. My daughter was born happy/healthy & I asked to be released that evening. Due to protocol we had to stay 24 hours. Next day comes around & they take my baby to NICU to run her tests not allowing neither me nor her daddy to go with her. They came back & she had 2 cuts on her heels & tell me she did not pass her heart exam. Even though the numbers they were telling me sounded like it was passing. I asked to sign an AMA so we could go home. Our nurse came back in & said Dr. Patel said if we leave against his advise he would call CPS. She felt bad & stated he was having a power trip. He refused to speak to us after that. We left, he called CPS, they investigated us & traumatized my children. Turns out my baby had an APGAR score of 9/9 at hospital. Case is now closed and he had NO reason to call me negligent.

My experience hasn’t been horrible but not satisfactory either. I haven been calling about the same issue ever since my baby was born she cries a lot maybe about 3 hours non stop I’m pretty sure it’s colic and ive taken her 2 because of it she is 3 months and still the same problem and all I get from these doctors are vague answers and advice that doesn’t seem to help I’m already looking into switching to someone who listens and actually cares. My baby doesn’t cry just to cry I know there’s something wrong with her, those are cries for help.

I have been with Dr Jagdish Patel since he started his own practice. My 3 children see both Jagdish and,Jignish and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They are both very caring and empathetic. I always feel heard and understood when I bring my kids in. Their staff is also amazing! They try to make the scheduling and walk ins as seamless as possible.

My now teenage kids 17 & 13 have been seen by both Drs since they were born. They are wonderful Drs including the nurse practitioner. In the 17 years that I have seen Dr. Patel I have never had an issue. If I call about my son having problems with his asthma, they will set up an appt sometimes within the hour.

Recently switched from this office of peds for several reasons, and we could not be happier. They were slow to prescribe much needed medication, did not care what myself or wife had to say, and provided meaningless advice. After making the switch my son got better with antibiotic shots and avoided a surgery they were aiming for..

We have been coming to this clinic for close to a year and I'm not very impressed with the face to face experience. I don't feel like I have enough time to discuss questions and concerns comfortably. We will likely be changing clinics very soon because the nursing practitioners they currently staff are horribly rude and have no real concern for patient care. I had to rush my kid to an emergency clinic after they refused to see him twice in a week causing him to get worse and worse.
