Dr. Kaur herself is a wonderful doctor and did a great job at making me feel comfortable. The issue lies in her administrative practice. The whole process was horrible, I had to reschedule my appointment, the front desk assistant was uninterested and quite frankly rude. I had gotten billed from her office which did not add up, they do not use the proper coding necessary and the third party billing agency they use is dreadful; overall good doctor bad practice, sad to say I won't be coming back.

The WORST staff I have ever encountered at any facility. The receptionist is nothing but rude and unhelpful. Good luck to anyone trying to get medications refilled. I have been on a medication long term - when I ran out and called for a refill, it took the staff OVER a week to get back to me and then they refused to fill my medication to last me until I could find another doctor. It is a medication that was not supposed to be stopped cold turkey.
