Went out of his way to address me by the wrong name as a greeting. Then proceeded to dismiss every single concern I came in for without even listening to a full explanation of my problem. I had to insist on repeating questions multiple times in order for him to even consider doing anything about it, ie prescribe a topical steroid for what he assumed was eczema without even listening to the history of my complaint regarding this issue. Also seen to have decided I am some sort of hypochondriac by the way her told me I have nothing to worry about and that I email my doctor 'a lot'. I wouldn't have to if my doctor would reply in less than a week's time and I didn't get this back and forth uselessness that seems to be Kaiser's mo any time I have a serious health issue I am trying to get to the bottom of. Medical gaslighting and patient profiling is real, y'all
