Dr. Jaime Arbona, MD

Dr. Arbona is an amazing doctor and it's sad to see some people posting such awful things about the staff (only 2 young ladies) always running around attending to the doctor and rushing to attend patients in a timely manner they are both very professional and courteous and I've seen how some of the parents have mistreated even yelled at them only because they do as they are told by the doctor and the parent doesn't get their way it's wrong of them to bad mouth them for not getting their way.

My son has been going to Dr. Arbona for a bit over 2 years and looks forward to his visits. Dr. Arbona is very professional and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, his staff has been replaced by extremely unprofessional people. I would hate to have to find my son a new provider all because of a very sorry staff. They are in need of professional training and customer service. Dr. Arbona please do something about your staff.

I have been dealing with "linda" the receptionist at this office for 5 days. She has promised to call me back each time while they verify my insurance. She never calls and I call again. I am friendly every time. Then today she put me on hold and told me she had told me that they are taking patients until the New Year. I do not know much about this provider but if his office staff is anything like his service, no thank you.
