Just ok
I was a patient of Dr Arruda for several years. At first I liked her but then became disappointed in my care as she seemed rushed and uninterested in me as a patient. I felt very dismissed. I do not recommend her.

Endometriosis- run don’t walk
I wanted to like Dr Arruda— but my experience in their office was repeatedly awful — including an unnecessary surgery. Do not, do not, go to this doctor if you are dealing with endometriosis. Her knowledge was limited, and as well as her skills, compared to doctors with specific expertise in endometriosis. Her bedside manner was also often unprofessional and erratic. Luckily, I found far better options.

Horrible
Had a total hysterectomy. My check up, she shoved the speculum up me and caused me to bleed- didn’t even care. Drove all the way to Denver from up north for them to dump my urine because they thought I didn’t want the test done for a uti. Why would I do that?! After a year later, I ended up with a hernia from her surgery. So, surgery from her surgery! Regrets, regrets, regrets. I do not recommend going to this doctor.

Endo patients do not waste your time! She is cold, rushes you, and doesn’t listen. After asking several times for her advice, she only could give hap-hazard wishy-washy responses with zero evidence-based guidance. Additionally, after an ultrasound, she calls and says “it’s normal” when the radiologist report clearly shows that it is abnormal. Rushes off the phone and could care less about plan forward.
